PROJECT BRIEF
The Styrian Hospital Association (KAGES) partnered with MINDCONSOLE to produce a series of recruiting films that highlight their dedication to sustainability across various facets of hospital operations. From green mobility initiatives and sustainable food sourcing to eco-friendly building designs and anesthetic practices, KAGES is paving the way toward a more sustainable healthcare future.
OUR APPROACH
Our team at MINDCONSOLE crafted a main recruiting video summarizing KAGES’ overarching commitment to sustainability, as well as four focused image films that dive deeper into each area of their sustainable practices. These imagevideos feature interviews with key KAGES team members, including nurses, doctors, culinary staff, and department leaders, each sharing their unique contributions to KAGES’ sustainable initiatives.
Filming took place over two days at the LKH West and LKH 2 Graz hospitals, allowing us to capture the heart of KAGES’ operations. Our film production crew incorporated a range of aerial shots to showcase key visual highlights, including solar panel installations and innovative, environmentally-conscious architecture.
This recruiting film series underscores the forward-thinking approach of KAGES, aiming to attract talent that values environmental responsibility. Through these recruiting videos, we hope to communicate the impact and importance of sustainable healthcare practices in Austria.
