PROJECT BRIEF
Together with Moodley, we were asked to create a clean, bright, colorful and abstract take on the typical beauty commercial. The clips feature abstract lighting combined with clean geometric shapes in an attempt to emulate the desired effects of the skincare products at hand.
OUR APPROACH
Both the model scenes and the abstract product shots were filmed in-studio. Prior to filming, a large amount of testing was done to develop the look and feel of the coloured shadows seen in the clips, as well as the stop-motion-esque effect.
