PROJECT BRIEF
AVL Racing approached Mindconsole to create a short Imagevideo that showcased it’s core services, ideas and values. We developed a series of creative treatments – ranging from long-form, emotional live-action spots, through to short, exciting animated spots. Our ideas were discussed and developed with the client, and eventually the treatment for the spot in it’s current form was selected.
OUR APPROACH
The action takes place in a virtual room filled with parts designed and manufactured by AVL Racing. As we travel through the world in high-speed, we get a few glimpses of the high-tech parts AVL Racing provides for its costumers – at the end of our journey we see that all objects have been arranged in a way, that from the viewer’s perspective, form the AVL Racing Logo. This effect is called forced perspective.
Our motion design teams in both Berlin & Graz created the 3D assets, camera moves, textures, environments, lighting setups and more. Music & sound design was created by Berlin-based Kevin Titz.
