Pernod Ricard Winemakers were after a film that captured who they were as an organisation, allowing them to share their spirit of entrepreneurship, achievement, innovation and their convivial culture with a wider audience. As global innovators that employ people over 8 countries and 5 continents, the film needed to reflect each country’s unique character, showcasing the people, passion and hard work that goes into making wine and bringing it to the world.
With their strong theme of ‘Open up our world of wines,’ the film also needed to bring these countries together, all for the one perfect moment when wine is shared.
The film had multiple purposes, both serving as an induction film for new employees ready to start their journey with Pernod Ricard Winemakers and as a branding piece that would need to inspire many.
After some heavy brainstorming Mindconsole developed a concept that would bring everything Pernod Ricard Winemakers were after together in one beautiful film. Footage would be captured to encompass the entirety of Pernod Ricard, immersing viewers in candid, authentic representations of employees in their day-today roles as they told the story of Pernod Ricard Winemakers. Our creative director Benjamin Shepherd along with producer Markus Karlseder embarked on a trip around the world capturing the essence of each country using drones, a clear vision and more than a few years of experience.
Both our Graz and Sydney offices set to work on post production where the footage was dissected and carefully edited to turn thousands of small moments from all over the globe into one perfect moment of enjoyment found in a bottle of wine.
The film was extremely well received by Pernod Ricard Winemakers, satisfying their requests and bringing a sense of pride and camaraderie to those who watched it.
